youth's life. The up-front investment is small for your company because you earmark a job & we match and pay the youth to work with you throughout the summer.

that youth will finish school, maintain employment, and become

TeenWork pays the youth's $8.50 hourly rate & provides a Recruitment & Retention Coach to continue to offer assistance to your company and the youth.
